Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

Age Discrimination

I am always seeing on Craigslist jobs for brand ambassadors or spokesmodels to work at events around the area. Alot of times, they specifically say they are looking for people between the ages of 20-35. Is this legal? Would I have any recourse if I had the qualifications but not within the age range if I was not hired?

I think you could have a claim there. We handle many of these cases, and this sounds like a case of discrimination.
