Harassment charges on my boss?
my manager at work is unbearable. you can't even talk to her beacause she is always right. i was forced to sigh a write-up at work for reasons other than what i was being wrote uo for.shebelittles me and blames me for everything can i press harassment charges on her in the state of pennyslvania? she only treats me and my girlfriend this way, no one else.

Not unless the harassment is based upon race, gender, sex, religion, national origin, etc. In other words, your story has no harassment elements at all. However, if you were to say that you and your girlfriend are the ONLY WOMEN, and everyone else is a man, OR, you and your girlfriend are the ONLY white people, and the rest of the people are black, then you might have a case.
