Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

I am a male in my 30's who lives in Canada and wish to talk about explicit graphical sexual content with a 16 yr old Woman who resides in Pennsylvania U.S.A. Is this a crime in my Country or in her Country?

There is or never will be any plans to meet for sexual activity in person or any exchanging of photos.

I don't know for sure if this is a crime in your country, because I am a Pennsylvania lawyer. However, in Pennsylvania if you are caught talking to a minor you might be charged with "Corruption of a minor." However, it will really depend on what was said, and what was done.
