Re: Setting up a will
If you are merely rich, figure out which child will get the wilkes barre home, keep a life estate for yourself and give the other 4 children cash and demonstrative legacies which approximate the fair market value of that home.
If, however, you are genuinely wealthy, then set up a Belizean Trust so that your good fortune does not attract the wrong crowd; like attorneys with lawsuits and legal judgments.
Whichever the case, plan for retirement and don't make yourself a target for resentment among your old pallies.
To find a lawyer, contact the American Bar Association in Chicago and ask for an Estate Law attorney. Any lawyer would be happy to have you as a Client.
Good Luck.

Re: Setting up a will
Well, you are going to need a lot more than a will--you are going to need trusts, as well as investment planning--like annuities or other funds, to maximize your return. We handle wills and have in-house personnel to help with the financial side. Give our offices a call.
