I think it would be unlikely that you would lose either you job or your child.

For you to lose your child she would have to testify in open court. If she lied there it would be a felony. As mean as she may be I doubt she'll risk up to 7 years in jail to testify falsely.

As for losing your job again she's have to convince your employer she's truthful. Its unlikely they'd risk a law suit based on one person's word.
