2 Dui in less then a year from the first 1
I got my first Dui back in Aug 06 just now going to court for it in Aug 07 so what would i expect out of it? Then i was in a accident, hospital did do a blood test and got my 2nd Dui. How would the judge handle that case? Or will the do both at the same time? What would happen in both cases? How much jail time will i get? I know Ill loose my lic. but 4 how long? And fines and costs? Will i still be able to work? Would i be able 2 do the work release program

This all depends upon your blood alcohol content (BAC) in the second DUI. There is not enough information to answer specifically.

You need to contact a private attorney right away. The DUI punishments and prosecution are complex, and even the matrix for figuring out your penalties is complicated. You should not go a second DUI alone. I don't know what county you are in, but feel free to give our offices a call. We can either help you out or find you someone who can help. It is important that you retain counsel immediately, because there are things that can be done at this stage that will prevent serious jail time, and hefty fines. The investment in an attorney at this stage is worth it. Our number is 267.639.3105

If convicted you should be sentenced as if you committed two first offenses. You should speak with a lawyer about joining the cases and plea bargaining them together if possible. I offer free initial consultations.
