Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

2 Dui in a year, and didn't go 2 court for 1st one yet

I got a Dui last Aug 06 and just now going to court Aug 07. I just was in an accident June 07 and just got another Dui, How will this affect my first Dui? Will the judge see the 2nd Dui in the system? I recieve the paper saying what my fine will be and they will be takin my lic that day i go up. being that i got a 2nd Dui not even a year, how or what would i expect will happen the day i go 2 my hearing? Even being the accident it wasnt my fault but i was over the limited would i be responbile for anything damages or will my insurance or the other persons take care of things?

There are a lot of questions here. It isn't possible to answer nowadays without knowing what your blood alcohol level was on the first and second offenses. What happens in Court depends upon the procedure in your County. It differs County to County. In some counties you will have to consolidate the cases. In other counties you may be able to resolve the first one.

You really need an attorney.
