Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
2nd dui
this is my second dui in 1 year. I still dont have my licence back what can happen to me? I live in Pennsylvania. Thank you

Retain an attorney and keep your mouth shut. If you drove during your DUI related suspension, not only are you looking at possible jail time for the DUI, but also for the Driving under a DUI suspended license. Either way, these are serious charges, with the possibility of 30 days or more of jail time. If you were still under probation for the last charge you would be looking at additional criminal charges for violating your probation.
