3rd dui
my brother was sentenced to 5mo's and had to report to the prison 2wks later and in that time period he got another dui. but it has been a month and nothing is filled. 1st dui was ard and 2nd was very high bac and driving @ 124mph. what can happen with the 3rd one.

The maximum on a 3rd DUI is 5 years. The minimum and fines are based on blood alcohol level. He probably is facing an additional 90 days for driving under suspension (Dui Related). I offer free consultations.
