Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
I got a 1st DUI and the clerk in the magistrates office entered it as a 2nd DUI and will not correct it. What shyould I do?

That is exactly why you need an attorney - just in case something goes wrong. If it is a second offense then you can be looking at 1-3 months in jail, so it is important that it gets corrected. You did not indicate what county you were charged in so I cannot advise further.
