Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
My 19 year old daughter got caught underage drinking at college in Pennsylvania. What are the next steps in the process? I am assuming she needs to plead guilty. Her license will be revoked for 90 days. How can she keep her license to get back and forth to work? What steps are needed to eventually remove this from her record?

She should plead NOT GUILTY and request a hearing date. What county is this? You should speak to an Attorney about this immediately and definitley before pleading Guilty. There may be other options available to her.
Again, you should contact an Attorney as soon as possible, provide them with a copy of her citation and then make your decision based on the information you are given from your Attorney.
