4 year license suspension for 2 DUI's in 06

I got a 4 year license suspension for 2 DUI's. Done treatment, payed my fines. I am 5 months into my suspension. This happened in PA. I read that after I serve a hard 1 year license suspension I can apply for the Interlock is this true?

Since it is in 2006, it is under the 2003 DUI laws. Before restoration of your operating privileges after the term of your suspension you are required to apply for an interlock restricted license if you are a resident of Pennsylvania.

I think you are referring to a provision in the Pennsylvania Code referring to persons who are subject to out of state interlock restricted licenses. If the person can show that he has served the suspension then he is eligible for an unrestricted license after one year and is given credit for the time of the suspension in the other state.
