12 years matter?
on 1995 i got my first dui. if i get
a second now . does count as a second , or first offence ????

if the new arrest is under the new law, then you subtract the new look back period from the date of the new arrest. If that date is after the date of conviction on the first arrest, the new arrest would be a first dui. if the calculation comes out before the old arrest, it is a second.
