Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

7 yr old dui and ard

I was accepted in the Pa ard program 7 year ago and completed the required attendance, probation, fines and cost. My question is that 7 years ago I was told that I could later expunge my record. Is that true and if so how?

You need to file a motion to dismiss and expunge. The Da will have thrity days to file a response if he believes it should not be granted. Most cases like yours the DA does not challenge. Ioffer free consultations.
