Can I get Aa PA license is suspended elsewhwere
I expect to lose my license (first offense) in Nebraska for a year with driving limited to an interlock. I am accepting new job in PA-- will I be able to get a PA license.

Nope. There is an interstate compact on Drivers' Licenses.
