Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
accelerated disposition rehabilitation revocation
i have been in ard for over three years. i have had the period extended twice already. recently, i was sent a motion to withdraw me from the ard program. i have moved to new york. what are the cahnces of penssylvania coming after me? if i do go to trial, can my ard revocation be held against me? also, will this effect my new york driver's license? please do not answer this with anything less than useful to me.

If your participation in ARD is revoked, then a trial date will be set. The fact that you were formerly in ARD may absolutely not be used as evidence against you at trial.
If you fail to appear for trial, a bench warrant will be issued for your arrest. County sheriffs from Pennsylvania will certainly not travel to New York and attempt to arrest you, but the warrant will remain on you forever. If you are arrested five years from now in New York somewhere - even for something minor - they will likely pick up on the warrant and you will be held (without bail in New York State) as a fugitive from justice.
Driver's license questions are technical and I would need more information to answer intelligently.

Failure to respond will only guarantee you one thing......a bench warrant, jail time, and additional court costs and fines. Don't be an idiot, retain an attorney before this matter gets any further out of hand.
