What happens if you leave an accident scene where you hit a tree?

If there is property damage to someone else's property it would be illegal to leave the scene. A layer can advise you on the various penalities and defenses. I offer free consultations.

Depends on where the tree was, who owns it, and was there any damage....and more importantly did anyone see you...or could anyone have seen you?

If yes..then you are looking at both criminal and civil action if not you still better consult with an attorney.
