Under age drinking with possesion charges
A friend and my self where at my house drinking and i had a small bag of marijuna. He took my license information. The cop said i whould loose my license for 1 year. i was not driving my that night. How much trouble am i in?

You should get an attorney before the Preliminary Hearing. You may be able to avoid the loss of your license by going into a diversionary program since the offense did not involve a vehicle. This is important because it may keep you from having a criminal record.

Both underage drinking and possession of drugs require a license suspension. You should get an attorney and see if a deal can be made to plea to lesser charges.
