Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

ARD Expungment
About two years ago I recieved a DUI in Cumberland County , Pa.. I paid all finds and successfully completed an ARD program and was told that the DUI would be expunged . After trying to apply for employment for the past year and being turned down for jobs that I should have easily had in my pocket, an upright HR person told me she could not hire me due to having an ARD thus I was DUI. Since apparantly an ARD can be found, is it possible to have the ARD expunged from my record. I desparately need to work and what I thouht was invisible is keeping me from employment. Please advise. Thank you.

You need to file an expungement Petition in Cumberland County. If you want help, get in touch and I'll assist you for a small fee.
