Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

ARD and traveling questions

I was charged with a DUI in September, had the preliminary and arraignment and applied for ARD. I have been waiting around for months to hear back about an ARD hearing. Now that I have finally heard back, they want me to have my hearing 2 days before I'm supposed to be at my new job in Wyoming. I will only be there for a couple of months and I was wondering how I can go about getting my ARD hearing postponed or if there is anythign I can do to prevent my new job from being affected by this. I am looking for ANY options possible. Please help.

Re: ARD and traveling questions

If a "few months" is 2-4 you can probably get a continuance if you have legal repsresentation. Otherwise the only problem with the travel is if you face a driveer's license suspension with the ARD. I offer free consultations.
