Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
I was arrest for DUI in Pittsburg, PA back in Dec. 2000 when I was 18. I posted bail and flew back to CA without ever seeing anything further regarding this case. Being that it is 10 yrs after what if any implications are there? Is there a statue of limitations where it will be dropped and eliminated from my or their record?
