Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

i was arrested for a dui by blowing .089 in PA. I saw an undercover police vehicle coming my direction with no lights on. I pulled over into a dead end street and shut off my car and took the keys out of the ignition. should i still be receiving this dui?

If the officer observed you driving, you can be prosecuted. However, your BAC is very close to the bottom of the legal limit. Depending on the type of testing that was done, you may be able to dispute the results and negoitiate a plea to a lesser charge or win the case at trial.
