Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

He has 2 problems. The DUI would only be either 2 or 3 days in jail as a mandatory minimum (assuming it is a first offense). The bigger problem is what his P.O. is going to do to him for violating parole. He will eventually go back before the original judge that sentenced him to be resented on the charges.
