Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Do we have a case?

On the evening of April 28th, my 21 yr old son and some friends had gone to Holiday Bowl. He was served alcohol the entire time he was there by the bowling alley. He was walking through the bowling alley when a guy he didn't know came over and said ''what are you looking at'' and punched him in the face. A fight ensued, where Chris was then sucker punched by another bystander. The Logan Township Police Department were called. Christopher at this point was covered in his own blood. No medical treatment was offered. Once the police left, the bowling alley staff told him he needed to ''leave their property immediately.'' After serving him alcohol all night to the point where he was visibly and obviously intoxicated, and very upset from just having the crap beat out of him at their establishment, they forced him to leave, not offer to call a cab, or suggest someone else should take him home, but forced to leave right then and there. He was upset, got into his car, not even knowing where he was going, but just that he had to leave immediately, and was pulled over for DUI on the main road right in front of the bowling alley, where the same Logan Township Police stated they had been ''waiting for you.''

First you will have to take care of the DUI case, then there could be a dram shop case against the bar. Feel free to call our offices to discuss.
