Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

I have been charged with a 4th dui in Philadelphia, and I face a minimum of 1 year in jail. My trail is in July, and I expect to be found guilty. Will I be sentenced on the spot, will my bail be revoked pending sentencing, or will I be free and given a turn in date at sentencing?

What county are you in> That has a lot to do with procedure...

Also, you NEED a lawyer and if you have a 4th DUI, isn;t it time you sought help loke AA or counselling. Do you want to wait until, you kill someone or yourself or gace state prison for a sustained period ofmtime.?I don t mean to be rude, but you need every kind of help you can get...
