Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Confusion on statute of limitations

I'm a little confused with the replies on the D.U.I statute of limitations. There were a few different replies and just wasn't sure what one was right.

MY fiance got a d.u.i and has been to court about five times for this, they've told him his case hasn't been filed or something and keep giving him new hearing dates....so what is the statute of limitations on a d.u.i in Pennsylvania?

Two years. And, if it hasn't been filed, then you wouldn't be going to court at all. So, you're talking about something else. Call an attorney to figure out what's going on.
