Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

who do i contact

i lost my licence about 2 years ago for a dui and i did the 30 days in jail and i have not recieved any information about anything else at all, and i just need to know who to contact or get a hold of to see what i need to get it back

Go to AAA or Penn DOT messenger serivce and request a Restoration requirements letter and a copy of your 10 year driving record. These documents will help you answer your questions. Be careful, though. Penn DOT often gives incorrect or incomplete advice to people in your position. I do not say that to scare you--I say it to put you on alert. What you do in response to Penn DOT's advice can actually hurt you.
