Driv while susp DUI related

was not pulled over, what type of consequences am I looking at. not on probation for this offense, just have to take classes.Vehicle description is wrong but plate number is correct

If I understand the question, you are asking a couple of questions here. First you are asking if you have a defense because you were not pulled over. The answer is maybe. Could the police have been mistaken and it was someone else driving? Second, you are asking about the penalty for driving while under DUI suspension. The answer to that is a fine of $ 1,000 and imprisonment for a period of not less than 90 days. Third you are asking if you have a defense because the vehicle description was wrong. The answer is maybe but it's weak if the plate number is correct.
