Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Driver's License Suspension

I was given a Non-Traffic offense citation in pennsylvania for 6310.3 which is carrying a false identification. My license is supposed to be suspended on pleading guilty which I'm going to have my friend submit with the amount of $344.50 to the magistrate's office. It is supposed to be suspended in the state of Pennsylvania and my question is will it also be suspended in Rhode Island? My license is from Rhode Island and I live in Rhode Island year round. My second question is will the RI DMV send me anything upon finding out about the suspension?

Re: Driver's License Suspension

You're an idiot if you simply plead guilty...and with whom did you discuss this case, obviously not an attorney. Oh yea, your license if suspended in PA will also be suspended in Rhode Island, but only if it gets suspended here first...retain an attorney and pay them a couple hundred dollars now to resolve this situation or rish losing your license and having this situation cost you thousands of dollars down the road its your call.
