Driving Under Suspension-DUI related

I was arressted 3 times for past DUI offenses. I was clasified as a habitual offender starting in 2003. I was caught and charged with Driving under Suspension-DUI related in March of 2006, I was found guilty and sentsented to 60 day in jail. This is my first arrest for DUS. I have entered counseling and completed it and have not drank in 3 years. I am appealing the sentence and trying to get it down to just driving under suspension. What do you think my chances are?

If you have a decent necessity defense you might have a shot at getting a plea bargain. You should speak with a lawyer in detail to see if it is worth pursuing.
