dui of alcohol or other drugs
i was stopped at a check point and had a weed pipe on my seat. i was given a fst and bt. the reports says i tested positive for alcohol. i was charged with dui and for haved a very small amount of weed. what should i expect to happen at court?

If you are a first time offender, you will probably be admitted into a program...if not, you'll be lloking at incarceration.
You should ask your lawyer or public defender to review your criminal abstract to see if you qualify for a program.
