arrested told officer she was drinking (4) breathe x2 =8 and 9reading. what does the result of jail/ losing PA driving priliveges look like for she and how soon after court date?

Huh? What does drinking(4) breathe x2=8 and 9 reading mean? What language is that???

If you actually tell us what the BAC is, and how many prior DUIs this person has, we will be able to tell you the penalties.
