DUI check points

We were harashed going through a dui check point in Reading Pa. We were not cited, just treatned and treated badley What are my legal rights going through a DUI check point.

Not a whole lot. Depending on what took place you may want to file a Complaint. If it was the State Police you can do so at their website. Look at
