Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

When is a DUI expunged from your driving record?

In Pa. how many years before a DUI is expunged from a persons driving record. This does not include a person who used the A.R.D. program.

Sincerely,

Craig

A conviction is NOT expunged. If what you're asking is when it no longer becomes a prior offense to determine if a subsequent DUI is a first or second offense, for example...the answer to that is 10 years. However, it is NEVER exupunged.
