Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

D.U.I.

I want to know why i still have a a D.u.I on file when i never went to court or went to jail or had to pay on anything.I was sitting at a rad light and wasn't moving and she pulled me over in Taylor pa and she was a Scranton cop... but when a back ground in done on me it show's up that I still have a D.U.I and it has stoped me from getting a job and stoped me from getting my grandson... please tell me what i can do about this...

If you were arrested and the charge was nolle prossed or dissmised you still in some countie must file a petition to expunge the arrest. Speak to an attorney about it.
