I am being charged with a DUI in the state of pa but i have mi drivers license. I live in pa but i am moving back to Michigan in a few months. My BAC was .089. What will happen between these 2 states and what would happen if i moved before any court dates? Will i still reatain my license because they have not revoked it?

If this is a first offense you should be eligible for ARD. With the BAC you had there is no Pennsylvania license suspension. You should speak with an attorney. I offer free initial consultations.
