Well, if you missed a court date, you have a bench warrent issue that needs to be dealt with. If you voluntarily turn yourself in at 13th & Filbert before 8:30 am, you will get out by 4 PM that day....if you wait until they pick you up, the situation is not as easy.

Then you are given new bail and a return court date. Your lawyer reviews the discovery materials and you decide together what options to pursue.
