Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
DUI leaving the scene
A person that has twice the legal limit of B.A.C. hits a parked car flips there car and leaves the scene leaving behing a gun in the overturn car and gets picked up by police a few blocks later and admits to have been drinking and texting which caused the accident. What type of punshiment can he look forward to?
