Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
dui
i was moving my car across the street and the cop gave me a dui..this is my third offense. the other two were underage duis...is there anyway i will not go to jail?

If you are convicted you are looking at mandatory incarceration. You may be eligible for home confiement or work release.
