Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Dui nc

A friend was arrested in PA and VA for DUI and driving under suspension. He then got another DUI in NC. Will the court in NC look into the other charges and use them against him when he goes to court?

Yes. North Carolina, Virginia, and Pennsylvania are all parties to the Interstate Drivers License Compact. His home state will look at the out of state violations.
