Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

a month ago I wreck my truck nobody else was involved and there was no property damage my bac was .17 I'm a single dad with a 3 yr old son . if I get a good attorney will I have to go to jail? and is there anyway I can not loose my lisence and drive to and from work this is my first offence.

You need to talk to a private attorney as soon as possible. We may be able to get you into a probationary type program, but need to talk to you about the facts first.
