dui penalties

i got my first dui after an accident in a bad rainstorm,where i went down on my motorcycle after hitting a slick spot that i could not see at night. my bac was .091 after they took me to hospital in ambulance.i was never asked if they could take blood. i would like to know what my penalties will be , no one else was involved and only prop. damage was to my bike and me.

The state is going to charge you with a DUI at tier 1, because you were between .08 and .10. We can apply for and probably get you into a form of probation where you would do no jail time. Feel free to call our offices or e-mail me directly. We offer free consultations and very reasonable fees.
