Re: DUI in Pennsylvania

if you have never been arrested before and you had a valid driver's liscense, valid registration and valid insurance at the time of the stop, you may be able to avoid prosecution altogether if are able to get ard. if you have been previously arrested, you may not be ard eligible, but you may be able to get some type of other diversionary program. i would need a lot more information to be able to tell you in my opinion as to your chances.

feel free to email [email protected] and i will be happy to help. good luck. brian

Definitely give us a call. Depending on the facts, we may be able to apply for you the equivalent of probation, in which case you would not have to serve any time, and you will lose your license for two months.
