Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

dui Probation

I got a dui in Butler County Pa. and I

now live in Mississippi I got 15 days

house arrest and would like to get it

transfered there...they on the other

hand sre saying I can't but I alson

got a second dui and they transfered

it to Mississippi......they need me to

come to there office at 9am. to talk

about this. Well I was wondering

what I can do about this?? Is there

ways to get them to do it in

Mississippi??

The difference is probably that you were sentenced to the house arrest while you were living here in Pennsylvania. I'm not sure that they will or will not be able to transfer that to another state since it is an alternative to actual jail time rather than a condition of probation.
