Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Dui

I was pulled over for a multiple lane change where I used my signal and went over 2 lanes of Traffic. This was so that I could get off at an exit on a highway, no vehicles were closy by and I was not speeding. The police therefore pulled me over and I blew a .106. I was taken into custody and charged with a DUI. Is there any way I can fight this charge and have this case thrown out if the video is reviewed by police that I was driving safely and not hurting anyone by performing the lane change? I was not weaving around or crossing over the double line. I want this case thrown out! This is my first DUI.

Re: Dui

You may have a case of a lack of probable cause. Also, as a first offender you may be eligible for ARD which would avoid a conviction. You need to speak with a lawyer. I offer free initial consultations.
