Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
DUI Question
If a person is caught for DUI 4 times but each time it is in a different borough do they look at your arrest record as a whole or do they only look in their community?
Why would they put 1st offense on an arrest report if this is the fourth time?

Re: DUI Question
Believe me, they look at all four. You need to speak to private counsel as soon as possible. Feel free to call our offices or e-mail me directly.

Re: DUI Question
They put down first because they didn't bother to look, or their records were out of date. They WILL find all 4, you need an attorney ASAP, and to get into a program ASAP. Chances of someone NOT having a significant drinking problem with 4 DUI's is about "zero". I had a father and brother that had to go to rehab - GO !!! Take care of yourself, and for God's sake stop driving if you even SMELL alcohol before you hurt someone. --- Good luck.
Re: DUI Question
Unless they reduced the charges on the others to something other than DUI or unless the records of the others were expunged, both of which are very unlikely, they will find the others before sentencing. If you can afford a private attorney you should get one as soon as possible. If the others were before 2003 you should be aware that the law has changed and you are no longer looking at a few months of house arrest.
