Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Dui

I received a DUI in PA over the weekend and have court. I live in NEW Jersey so what would happen if I didn't go. Would it affect my licens?

They will extradite you to Pennsylvania if you do not go. You are much better off going because you do not want to sit in a jail cell in New Jersey awaiting extradition whether it affects your Drivers' License or not. You should get an attorney in Pennsylvania familiar with DUI laws. It is sometimes possible to win these cases.
