dui in different state
I am being charged with a DUI in the state of pa but i have mi drivers license. I live in pa but i am moving back to Michigan in a few months. My BAC was .089. What will happen between these 2 states and what would happen if i moved before any court dates? Will i still reatain my license because they have not revoked it?

You will have to appear in Pennsylvania for the charges. If you enter into the ARD program, enter a plea, or are convicted and sentenced to a period of probation the probation is generally transferred to your home state. Michigan is not a signatory to the Interstate Drivers License Compact and won't take any action with respect to your license.
