i got a dui summons in the mail it read dui(lead) no turn signal what does the lead mean

The DUI lead charge is the actual DUI charge. No Turn signal is a summary offense charge. Usually cops will attach some type of traffic citation to a DUI case, to show the court and the district attorney that they had reason enough to pull you over. In your case, you turned without signaling.
