dui suspension
If I get a ticket for failure to carry a licence while I am on a dui suspension will I have broken my probbation and have to do the manditory 1 yr. in jail

It's hard to say. If you were driving while under DUI suspension there is mandatory time but the probation violation is a separate issue. As with most cases, a lot depends on the police and the D.A.
